Guillermo Schible is a litigation
lawyer with Hodder Barristers. He graduated from Osgoode
Hall Law School in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in
2005. Guillermo concentrates on commercial litigation
(including officer/director liability and shareholder
disputes), employment litigation, and collection litigation,
including collection for railway transportation/shipping
services, demurrage and loaded storage charges, and
non-usage fees.
Guillermo is the immediate Past-President of the Hispanic
Ontario Lawyers Association (HOLA) and a former
Vice-President of the Toronto Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (THCC).
He is the current Secretary of the Ontario Bar Association's
(OBA) Civil Litigation Section Executive and the Chair of
the OBA's Young Lawyers' Division-Central, with over 800
members. In addition, he sits on the OBA Board of Directors
and OBA Council. Guillermo is fluent in Spanish. |
