We have developed considerable expertise litigating on behalf of foreign banks and against Canadian banks. J. Gardner Hodder has acted for two Hong Kong banks and a Dutch bank. Complex Litigation

J. Gardner Hodder acted, with notable success, in the first class action to be tried in Ontario under the province’s class action legislation. In addition to acting as lead counsel in a variety of class actions, Mr. Hodder regularly consults in matters of class action strategy.
